The study was undertaken to assess the professional attitude of Pakistani school teachers and their psychological well-being. Study focused on finding out the relationship among professional attitude, and psychological well-being of the teachers. For this purpose, an indigenous Professional Attitude Scale of Teachers: PAST was developed, and a Well-Being Scale Affectometor 2 (Kammann & Flett, 1983) was translated in Urdu. Reliability studies of both the scales showed these scales to be highly reliable (Naheed, 1997). Sample of the study consisted of 172 Government school teachers (60 males & 60 females) who were randomly drawn from primary, middle, and high schools of urban areas of Multan Division. Results indicated that teachers have a favorable attitude towards their profession. Teachers reported high well-being on Urdu version of Affectometor 2. Findings supported the hypothesis that there exists a positive correlation between teacher's Professional Attitude and their Psychological Well-being. Findings of the study are supported with theoretical and cultural frame work.
